The Rapid Access Breast Care Clinic located at our Cardiff Bay Clinic offers convenient scheduling of consultant appointments, diagnostic tests all in a one stop clinic. Our staff will make sure your visit sets your mind at ease.

Patients with breast problems will be offered rapid access to our team of breast care consultants. This one-stop clinic (led by Mr Sumit Goyal) includes a clinical examination, and same-day breast imaging (with immediate results).

Mr Goyal is a consultant breast surgeon who specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease and is supported by a team involved across a range of services, from diagnosis through to treatment.

Our Radiologists specialise in breast screening and have expertise at reading mammograms, performing breast ultrasound and image-guided breast biopsy. The breast surgeons work with their colleagues in radiology to ensure patients are seen and investigated at the same appointment, allowing the patient the reassurance of receiving results on the same day where possible.
