At Vale Healthcare we pride ourselves on delivering safe and local cosmetic surgery for the people of south Wales. Our experienced surgeons are all on the Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery, are members of BAAPS / BAPRAS, and all have active NHS practices in addition to their private work. Our facilities are state of the art, highly regulated by Health Inspectorate Wales (HIW), and alll surgery takes place at the Vale Hospital, with all pre-surgery and after-care services taking place at the Vale Hospital or Cardiff Bay Clinic.
Based in Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan, Vale Healthcare provides cosmetic surgery (plastic surgery) and non-surgical cosmetic treatments - including facelift, eye-lid surgery, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, breast enhancement, breast lift, and breast reduction - from The Vale Hospital, serving Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Gwent and the whole of South Wales.

All our Cosmetics Consultants have many years' experience in cosmetic surgery and non-surgical cosmetics in Cardiff, throughout Wales and internationally. All surgeons also work in the NHS.

Our Cosmetic Nurse service
If you are considering cosmetic surgery, but do not feel completely ready to meet with a consultant surgeon, or just have some questions you'd like to talk through - you may wish to meet with a cosmetic nurse.
We provide weekly cosmetic nurse consultation sessions, which are completely free of charge, and allow you to discuss any procedures that you may be interested in. The cosmetic nurse will take a medical history and talk with you about the risks and benefits of the procedure, along with some detail about the procedure itself and the next steps should you wish to take it any further.
If you then wish to go ahead with a procedure you would then require a full consultation with your consultant surgeon.

Fees & finance
We offer cosmetic surgery and non-surgical cosmetic procedures on a self-pay basis as well as being recognised by all major insurers.
