Consultant Hand Surgeon
Mr Dean Boyce is a Consultant Hand Surgeon at the Welsh Centre for Plastic Surgery as well as a private consultant for hand surgery at Vale Healthcare, near Cardiff, South Wales. He provides a supraregional subspecialty service for hand surgery, ranging from trauma, such as cut tendons or fractures, to limb replantation, complex reconstructive, and congenital hand surgery within the NHS. He is also the clinical lead for Welsh Peripheral Nerve Surgery Unit.
Mr Boyce has published widely on hand surgery, and lectures internationally. He is a member of the British Society Surgery for the Hand, and an invited examiner for the European Diploma in Hand Surgery.
