To make an appointment

There are a number of ways to make an appointment:

Direct to the Consultant

Enquiries and referrals for outpatient appointments are made via our Bookings office. On occasion the Bookings team will refer you to the consultants’ medical secretaries. The contact details for booking an appointment are detailed under the respective specialty web pages, but if you wish to contact us for any specialty you can do so by contacting the Bookings Office on 029 2000 8960.

Patients with private medical insurance will usually require a referral via the General Practitioner (GP) in order to gain authorisation from the insurance company. For self-pay patients this is not usually required.

GP Referral

A General Practitioner (GP) can directly refer to the clinic or a consultant.

Patients with private medical insurance will require a referral via the General Practitioner (GP) in order to gain authorisation from the insurance company.

Referrals can be made by the GP via, Telephone (029 2083 6714), letter or Fax (01443 449 222).
