Osprey Ryan Jones & team mates visit patients at the Vale Hospital
June 2012. An afternoon at the Vale Hospital was made that much brighter with a visit from some of the Ospreys players, including former Wales captain Ryan Jones, Shane Williams, and Adam Jones.
The players popped in to visit the hospital and see some of our patients who were recovering on the ward.
This included Mrs Morteo (pictured) from Langstone in Newport, who had undergone a partial knee replacement under the care of Mr David Pemberton, earlier in the week.
The players chatted with staff, consultants and visitors - adding a touch of sporting glamour to our day!
